Application for Unit 1 - Online

The registration price for both 'in person' and online courses is $175 per unit.  This cost covers approximately 17 hours of video teaching and ministry group training and instruction.

Use this form to register for the upcoming Keys to Transformation Unit 1.

You will be emailed a 'Release & Indemnity form' and your pastoral reference will be contacted. Please let them know so they can check their emails and spam to complete their part of the application process.

Once these are completed, you'll recieve an email with course materials and information.

Please provide all information in a within 2days in order to secure your spot within the course as numbers are limited. If you do not recieve an email, please check your spam folder.

Please provide details regarding whether you are on current medication or under psychological / psychiatric care.  If none, please write 'none'.

A repeat student is someone who has previously completed the Unit (or the equivalent A-D Level) that is being applied for in the application and would like to do it a second time.

I, the undersigned applicant, declare that I am 18 years or over and I understand that this course has been designed to train people with the Elijah House tools for Prayer Ministry in non-professional capacity.  While a Statement of Completion will be issud, it does not accredit or qualify me to practise as a counsellor.
